Back in 2014, World's Cup year, Brazilian media was invaded by news that pointed out passengers' negative attitudes in public transportation.
By believing that a good example is the best way to change any situation, we have decided to go against what was being said. So we created a movement: "Thank you" and "Congratulations" cards were put online in our website so they could be printed by anyone, helping to encourage good manners in public transportation.
In a few months and with no media investment, it was possible to aware big media channels and impact positively more than 180 million people.

There are nearly 2 million homeless people in Brazil and it is common that they suffer from prejudice and are ignored by the rest of the population. But just like anyone else, they have capabilities, talents and a lot of will power to change their situation.
We have developed Olhe Project, the first CV database made specially for homeless people. The project works as a link, connecting homeless people - who are supported by non-profit organizations - to companies that are willing to give an opportunity to those who need it the most.
Because of the big media exposure, we have already transformed José Luiz Carvalho's life. He is a poet and was invited to give a lecture in a Language Symposium organized by a big Brazilian University. Besides him, many other candidates have already been contacted and got work enterviews by using our platform.
